Homemade Beauty Recipe of the Month
Natural Teeth Whitener

This teeth whitener recipe will not cause sensitivity or wear away your tooth enamel. The sage also has antibacterial properties to fight germs and keep you teeth clean and fresh.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons dried sage leaves
2 tablespoons sea salt
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Grind the salt and sage together using a spice grinder. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. After it cools, stir it to blend and pour the mixture in a small jar. Put a small amount on your toothbrush and brush vigorously, then rinse thoroughly.
