Treatment for Dark Under Eye Circles  taken from www.freebeautytips.org Potatoes contain an enzyme called catecholase.   This enzyme is use in cosmetics as a skin lightening ingredient.  To  zero in on dark under eye circles – run one white potato through your food processor.  Put the raw mash into a piece of cheesecloth.  Lay the cheesecloth directly under your eyes for 15 to 20 minutes.   Be certain to not let the potato juice get into your eyes.   Wash the area lightly with an unscented  castile soap and pat dry.   Repeat once a week until you are pleased with the results.   To maintain - apply the raw mash once a month. NOTE:  Food allergies can often be the cause of dark under eye circles.  Be sure to rule this out  before starting the above treatment.  Although the treatment will still work - your health will continue  to be compromised if you do not remove the allergies.         Home, Books, Resources, Recommended Products, Articles, Blog, Homemade Beauty, Support, Services, About, Contact Us, Site Map, Newsletters
